The team of Lignati is composed of several individuals which all have their own respective expertise in complementary domains of work. Here is, by department, the people that ramifies our tree of life. ADMINISTRATIONPRESIDENT, Frédérick Brousseau, President of Lignati, is a visionary. Already at young age, Frédérick was cherishing to be able, one day, to build houses. It's at 7 years old that he started handling the chainsaw, with his father and grandfather, while passing long and hard days with them in deep forest. During the years that followed, Frédérick Brousseau has known how to complete the knowledge he needed in several domains linked to the construction and log homes, such as" forestry, renovation, standard construction and of course, in piece on piece and log homes construction, just to name a few. In the log house field more particularly, Mister Brousseau learned alongside leading experts in the matter: Simon Auger, Sylvain Métivier and Donald Renneteau. He is also one of the rare individuals in the country to master the art of the chainsaw carving, activity that is reserved the elite of chainsaw handlers, being very dangerous and with no mercy. His leadership is recognized by all and his dynamism pushes us constantly to forge ahead and to look forward.
FINANCE & GENERAL VICE-PRESIDENT, The General Vice President, Mister Alexandre Allard, is a senior computer specialist for IBM, working for firms such: Air Canada, Aeroplan, National Bank of Canada, Bell, Equifax Canada, Hydro-Quebec. Possessing an advanced experience in domotics and in computerization of automated systems, Mister Allard is another angular rock of the business. He is also a finance surgeon, having the genes of a provincial governmental treasurer, his mother Louiselle Courtois.
His presence assures us a performance computer network, as well as the optimization of the production processes and marketing of the vairous up and coming technologies.
ADMINISTRATION & MARKETING VICE-PRESIDENT ADMINISTRATION, Yves Thomassin enjoys a very solid experience in the domains of insurances, personel and business management, marketing, sales, customers service and computers sciences at large. Yves evolved in administration for several major companies such as AIG (Commerce & Industry, American Home Assurance), Bell Mobility, Statistics Canada and realized of number of contracts for Bombardier RV, Cogeco, Federation des Caisses Populaires Desjardins and Gas Matropilitan, just to name a few. His expertise endows us with a reliable structure thus, supporting the project and accompanying the production.
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, Madam Beauchamp, our Human Resources Manager, has developped an expertise in personel management over the time. She has been manager in several businesses, in the public, conferring her an important professional baggage. Her availability, her dynamism and her radiating smile assures the good mood of the workers that help Lignati to work all in harmony.
PROJECTS MANAGER, Danielle Sirois is a communications specialist. She was translator for the University of Sherbrooke before investing herself as Assistant Director of "La Fete des Vendanges Magog-Orford". Her know-how is very profitable to all of us in the matter of projects management. Madam Sirois is an essential asset for Lignati due to her great sense of organization and her constant, very punctual work.
PRODUCTIONCHIEF MASTER LOGGER, Donald Renneteau, engineer by profession, was fascinated by wood and nature. He has now more than 10 years of experience in the land of log homes bulding. He worked and learn with the leading experts worldwide, for instance, Mr. Simon Auger and Mr. Jean Rodrigue. He participated and built himself several log houses or piece on piece homes in the province of Quebec. Mister Renneteau joined the team of Lignati on November 15, 2010, to occupy the position of Chief and Master Logger. He manages entirely the mounting of the house in factory as well as the selection of the logs in our inventory.
MASTER LOGGER, Richard Doucet joined our team on November 16, 2010, to assist the chief master logger. General Contractor for a period spanning over 10 years, a change was imposing. He simply decided to change type of construction and went towards log homes building over time. He discovered himself a new vocation. His experience of the work-sites is a precious asset then again, as well as his excellent aptitudes as master logger, a rare commodity combination in the entire world.
MAINTENANCECHIEF MECHANIC, Andrew Raycraft has a good knowledge of factories and mechanics in general. He worked a long time in the industry of granit slabs and that knowledge is another asset for our team. Andrew always gives his 110% in all that he undertakes. Always faithful to his tasks and duties, Mister Raycraft assures the good mechanical functioning of the factory and that the workers can operate at any time without their gear braking constantly or by lack of tools for example.
